R&B vocalist Keith ‘Soul’ Simmons with backing band of Robert Wilson (guitar), Bill Harris (bass), Arthur Scribner (keyboards), Mike Noel (flute, sax), and Bobby Ricks (drums). The band was basically the Priority Band and played concurrently at the 32nd Street Plaza, and other clubs throughout the city… They performed at Papa’s Place, Silver Shadow (Columbia), small juke joints, private parties, and corporate affairs…
