Rock group named after the nickname of drummer Sonny ‘Lurch’ Clutter (ex-Verdicts, A New Day, Krackerjax). The group also included Vince Corolla (vocals ex-Raintree, Krackerjax), Tom Lawrence (guitar, vocals ex-Del Prixs), George ‘Doc’ Dochterman (bass ex-As You Like It, Raintree), Ted David (sax, vocals ex-Caravelles), and John Kormantic (keyboards, vocals ex-Jabez Stone). Lurch (replaced with Randy ? on drums) and Corolla later returned to Krackerjax. Doc worked briefly between gigs for Dave Hutchinson aka ‘Hutch’ as a food vendor at the Latin Casino. He had to turn down an offer to join Renaud’s band due to a cut on his finger. Eventually Doc was approached by Leroy James and joined the Brass Rail.
