Top-40 group performed at many school dances, private parties, and clubs including The Old Mill Tavern in Dundalk. The group consisted of Ron Malvaso (lead guitar), Mike Chance (rhythm guitar), Dean Chance (bass), Dave Hoppe (keyboards), Stan Gibson (sax ex-Sin-Dicate), and Rick Vane (drums). Rick later went with Ozz and was later replaced with Mike Fortino (drums).
Fortino, Hoppe, and Gibson joined the Cupkake Band after Black Hat split up.
