Alternative rock band featuring Ron Tankersley (lead vocals ex-Vamps), Will Wilson (drums), Mark Pettit (guitar ex-Rancor), Tom Kistler (bass), and Marty Philip (keys). Additional members included Sam Nitzberg (lead vocals ex-Reactors), Tim Marsh (guitar, keys), and guitarist Matt Douglass (ex-the Reactors, Red Tape).
“We pretty much brought WHFS style of music into the forefront of Baltimore at the time” Tankersley recalled, “We went from playing E.J. Wilson, an accomplished oil painter went on to be a nationally recognized leader in the “realist” style. He did the cover art for local band Assuming Shapes and his work appears on the 1997 CD cover for Michael Jackson’s “Blood on The Dance Floor.” Wilson went to New York to further his art career and subsequently moved to San Francisco where he continued to wow the art world with his meticulously detailed paintings.

After Will left the group disbanded. Tankersley and Marsh went on to form The Pawns.
Pettit, also an accomplished painter whose works are displayed nationally at galleries and exhibitions, went on to tour with heavy rock group Rutah. His travels took him to Spokane, Washington and Ridgeway, Colorado. He released a solo acoustic CD in 2006 titled “Between Worlds.”
