Hard core punk rock band featuring Mike Conway (lead vocals, percussion), Don Owens (guitar), Dave Walper (bass), and Rob Kerin (drums). Walper was replaced with Jay Filippone in December 1990.
The band performed all original material at The Rage, Club K, Dry Dock Down Under, and the Calvert Street Grill.
In January 1991 Filippone, Conway and Evans formed the group Generic Art Ensemble. The groups ran concurrently.
Fit of Frustration called it quits in July 1991 after Owens left the band.
In August 1992 the group reunited for a show at The Rage on a bill featuring Easy Mickey, and Sky Church. They performed two more reunion shows in 1993 including a February 9 double bill with Museum of Fear at The Rev, and a final appearance at The Rage on May 14 with Gridlock, Chemikill, and Amazing Bone.
