Jazz trio of Artie Kay (drums), Bruce Westcott (keys), and Carl Matani (bass). The group name was derived from the first name initials of each member.

Played the Holiday Inn circuit, Pimlico Hotel, Villa Nova where club owner Sandy Goldstein took the group to Louie’s in New York to audition for Frank Sinatra. Sinatra took the group back to his home in Palm Springs, CA. They played lots of Sinatra’s private parties, Jilly’s in Palm Springs and New York… Group later became known as the Bruce Westcott Trio.
