Seen at battles of the bands at the Ellicott City Armory, as well as local teen centers. Members included Dave Curtis (guitar), Dale Curtis, Mickey Mann, and Charlie Gilbert (drums). The Viscounts appeared at the Columbia Teen Centers Battle of the Bands on September 9, 1967 vs. the Horde (winner), Vandals, and Pnerds. Curtis and Gilbert were later with the Horde. Mann joined the Barons.
