Guitarist and bassist graduated from Berklee School of Music. Performed in Annapolis based bands Crescent, the Spa Creek Band (jazz), and the Annapolis Junction Big Swing Band. Charlie was also a member of R&B group Bobby and the Believers.
In ‘90s he moved to Federal Hill and performed Fells Point clubs.
Single recorded at Basement Floor Studios, released on Toyz Productions featuring Taylor with Reggie Morris (guitar), Frank Starchak (keyboards), George Stalmach (sax), Dave Gosselin (drums), Tobias Hurwitz (guitar).
