Starleigh Enterprises talent agency was founded in 1971 by Marc Loundas and Michael Moran. The agency represented much of Baltimore’s top live entertainment over the past 50+ years. The original staff Pat Teabo, Royce Schmidt (who continued with the agency as assistant to the president and later CFO), with agents E. Judith Lewis, and Austin Quinn, later joined by Greg Therres (Dr. Feelgood), Buddy Novak (Better Half), and Bill Bateman (Club Venus owner). Loundas became sole proprietor in 1974.
