Based in Bethesda, MD had a few configurations, but the most popular roster was Paul Shields (lead vocals, guitar), Sy Seyler (drums ex-Return to Zero), Paul Majors (bass ex-Wyld Child, Korrupt), and Ray Onbassis (guitar). Ray was later replaced by Rob Wolf (1993).
Shock LaRue was a heavy metal band ala Poison/Motely Crue playing Hammerjacks, Midway Cafe, Manny’s (Rockville), Jaxx (Springfield VA), Steeltown (Dundalk), The Bayou (Georgetown), Copper Mine (Petersburg VA), and Rabbit’s Foot (Frederick). Opened for national bands such as Vince Neil, South Gang, and REO Speedwagon at Patriot Center.
