Proposal from Finebilt Manufacturing Company dated February 1960 was received by Saliano Records on Lucille Avenue, Baltimore for pricing of record pressing plant equipment. At least two 45rpm records were issued on Saliano Records published by Samuel Cirigliano. Research on both singles indicate they were possibly released prior to this date. This would mean that the label existed prior to 1960 and may not necessarily have been from Baltimore. Ciriglano also published local records on other labels.

One of the artists Ray Coleman released the single “My Rock and Roll Baby” b/w “I Love You” (Saliano SR111). Either there were two different Ray Coleman’s or this may have been the same artist from Philadelphia that was involved with Bill Haley’s groups. Two other records were released by Ray Coleman & His Skyrockets on Arcade 147, and Skyrocket 1002. A Ray Coleman was a member of Baltimore’s Blue Grass Boys during the ‘60s.

The other known single on the Saliano label was by Randy Fisher & the Sharp Tones “I’ve Got the Feeling” b/w “You’re the Reason” (Saliano SR112).

Other Baltimore recording artists published by Cirigliano include Roy Tolley (Stardom), and Ernie West (Pioneer).
