The band enjoyed popularity at beach resort clubs in Ocean City, Bethany Beach, Virginia Beach, and played clubs and festivals throughout the mid-Atlantic region and nationally. Locally they could be seen at No Fish Today, Arthur’s, Hammerjacks, Fat Chance Saloon, Max’s On Broadway, Night of 100 Elvises…

The group featuring Larsen, Postley, and Brooks recorded at Flite Three Studios in 1987 and released the album “Lookin’ for Trouble” (KS 13003), produced by Ty Ford and Tom Larsen. The album was also released on cassette. The Tom Larsen Band has released at least nine albums throughout the ‘80s-00s that were recorded in various studios in Delaware and Pennsylvania. His original song “Lookin’ for Trouble” was recorded by Johnny Winter and released on his “Winter of ‘88” album.
