Rock & Roll band consisting of Don Howard (Leatherwood) (lead guitar), Wayne Smith (rhythm), Larry Edwards (bass), and Bill Campbell (drums). Edwards was later replaced with Johnny Poteat, and Campbell replaced with Will Carnes (ex-Triumphs).

Seen frequently at the Green Door on Old York Road near 32nd Street, also the Homeland House where they backed Lou Meyers, Cicero’s, Judge’s, the Derby (by the Pimlico Racetrack), Earl’s Tavern, private parties, and many other venues…

Howard later performed with Lou Meyers & the Mojos, the Progressions, Some People’s Kids, Ronnie Dove, Roger Pace… He eventually relocated to the Houston area where he played in a group called 40 Miles of Bad Road (with guitarist Hayden Nichols who went on to Clint Black’s band) that was voted the #1 band in Houston by a radio poll. Carnes later with Jay Grangers Persuasions…
