As a youngster, Glenn learned to play the guitar. His dad, local TV and radio personality Jack Wells, took him to the studio. At the age of eight he did some recordings and released the single “Last Train to Curtis Bay” b/w “Tadpole’s Xmas Ramble.” The “A”-side was written by Preston Pairo III.
