Virginia based vocal trio led by former gospel recording artist Bill Banks, along with Mike Bridges and Rick Hill. The rhythm section was comprised of Baltimore area musicians Jim Podgurski (lead guitar ex-Clay Price band, Chrome), Tim Tamasia (keyboards), Lynn Strauff (pedal steel), Buzz Kenly (electric bass), and Chris Strauff (drums). This lineup was featured on the album “Happy… Sad… Good… And… Bad… Collection” (A.C.M. 1983) recorded at Chuck Volpe’s studio in Baltimore. As Steve Bassett’s Virginia Breeze the group released a self-titled album in 1980 (Triangle TR-001).
