Originally known as Rush Hour featuring Lou Branflick (keyboards), Gary Rainey (guitar), Rusty Steele (bass ex-Ravins), and Barry Lloyd (drums ex-Verdicts, Legend). The band soon changed their name to the Time Machine. They could be seen at Hollywood Park.
Branflick left the band later to join Legend and was replaced with former Upsetter saxophonist / keyboardist Lee Foy. In 1969 Foy also joined Lou in Legend. Steele went on to play for Coyote, and City Star. Rainey became a member of the Better Half.
