British rock cover band. Guitarist Mike Zapf, formerly of The Sounds of the British Realm, related “The SoB formed in 1966 in South Baltimore and played the local school and church circuit in the area. Tom Smith was vocalist, Steve Hunt on bass, Louie Potter on drums, Mike Lynch on lead guitar, and Mike Zapf on rhythm guitar. Their song list included covers of The Who, The Animals, The Yardbirds, and others.
