Jazz Standards group formed by ex-Opus V members Viki Ford (keyboards, vocals), Amory Strange (lead vocals), and Dave ‘Dil’ Frieman (upright bass).

The group started out as a trio and worked for several years at the Harvey House, The Sheraton, Downtown Athletic Club, as well as private affairs. Other musicians that later worked with the group included Jim Stewart (guitar ex-Westside, Jim Stewart Trio), Steve Sengstacke (bass ex-Double Jeopardy, Mary Lou & Untouchables), Phil Ravita (bass), and Johnny Polite (drums).
As of 2009 the group continued as a duo called Smooth Endings Jazz with Viki (Melka) Ford-Strange on keyboard/vocal, and Amory Strange on drums/vocal with an emphasis on Vocalese jazz.

Ravita played with numerous groups including those of Jim Stewart, Tony Abato, William Goffigan (drums), John Turner, and others, as well as his own jazz trio. He was also a member of the Baltimore Philharmonic Orchestra.
