Frank Rodriguez aka Frank Ski came to Baltimore taking a DJ job at radio station V-103 in 1985, working evenings and later the top-rated morning show. In 1996 he joined 92Q-FM as co-host taking the morning show to the top. In 1998 he moved on to Atlanta.
Frank was legendary in the club scene and released numerous records including the huge club hits “Doo Doo Brown” and “Whores In This House.” His music could also be heard on soundtracks including the HBO series’ “The Corner” and “The Wire.” He also produced rap, dance, and gospel records for his own music as well as many artists.
