Modern progressive rock originals band. Drummer Jerry Siegel was doing studio work at Toyz Studios, engineer Frank Starchak introduced Jerry to guitarist-songwriter A.J. Howard, with Frank on bass, they recorded some of A.J.’s originals, and played out a few gigs at The Bank, and a Gilman School dance.

A.J. brought in other friends for studio work John Thurston (bass ex-No Foolin’, Catwhistle), Paul Utze (guitar, harmonica), Warren Boes (guitar -All Mighty Senators), and a young guitarist named Brett.

Jerry met bassist Kenny Wright through his friend Joe Jacobson and brought him into the studio for session recordings. “Security in Numbers” was one of the band’s originals.

Siegel later with Control, Isabelle’s Dream… Wright had some success as a recording artist and bands Kenny Wright Experience, and Fresh Groove.

Luthiers Mike Koontz and John Thurston operated KT Guitars in the ‘80s. Thurston also worked at Appalachian Bluegrass in Catonsville, and continued Thurston Instrument Repairs in Essex.
