Three-piece originals, album rock, and jam band. Members included ex-Soul Searchers Mike Kraus (guitar), and Charlie Steinhauser (bass), with Mark Siegmeister (drums).
The trio moved from Baltimore to a farm out in the country. The Carroll County farm was located on Sam’s Creek Road, thus the name of the group.
Influenced by The Band and other rock music of the time they wrote and performed country influenced rock and original material.
