The Top-40 / dance band line-up consisted of vocalists Marian Koebeck and Randy Meadows, with Dan Jenkins (lead guitar ex-Jetsons…), Dennis Dayhoff (bass), Don McCaig (keyboards ex-Deltas…), Ted Brittingham (sax ex-Neu-Velles, A New Day), and Johnny Goodmuth (drums ex-Brass Rail).

Jenkins was later replaced with Danny Pellegrini (ex-Unknowns, Dominators, Cain, Milk & Honey). Dayhoff was replaced with Mike Reese.

A mid-’80s line-up of the group, by then known as Rock Island, featured mainstay Pellegrini (guitar), with Carl Filipiak (guitar -most recently ex-Tony Sciuto Band), George Schroader (bass ex-Royal 5+1, The Stand, Trigger Happy), and Mike Kanter (drums ex-Trilogy). Meadows later with the band C.I.A. Dayhoff joined Diamond Gear… McCaig was later with Chapter IV. Filipiak went on to a very brief stint with Paper Cup before concentrating his efforts to his real musical love of jazz. Pellegrini also played in groups The Fringe, and Kaos. Goodmuth aka ‘Johnny G’ also played in Gordon Michaels Band, Paper Cup… Kanter played for Kaos, Carl Filipiak Group, and in the ‘00s he taught at the Baltimore School for Drumming. Hearn and Sacco both later sang for OHO.
