Classic rock group evolved out of the Overlea Brothers (see bio), including Frank Myers (guitar ex-Blue Meanies), Fred Zang (bass, vocals ex-Trigger Happy, Doc Rogers…), Mike Lewis (drums, vocals), adding John Sigmon on keyboards. Upon discovering that another regional group used the name Retrospect they changed their name to the Bottles.
