Arbutus based Top-40 and album rock band started in 1975 with the lineup of Bill Smith (guitar), Bill Harvey (guitar), Joe Orndorff (guitar), Robert Peach (bass), Chuck Phillips (keyboards), Bill Krueger (drums), and Jeff Bodick (vocals and percussion).
Rampage played teen center dances, school functions, and battles of the bands in the Arbutus, Halethorpe, Lansdowne area. “so, with 7 band members” reminisced Bodick, “by the time we split the cash… we were still broke. HaHaHa! At the time… WAYE-AM radio…. played a lot of album stuff that WCAO, WFBR and others were not playing, so we played that type of stuff – album rock and top 40.” Band members started to come and go after 1977 and we eventually disbanded.”
Peach continued to play music and in ‘00s with classic rock band Runnin With Scizors.
