Pegasus name seems to have been used by two (or three) different groups from the Baltimore and D.C. areas.
We welcome any information to sort out the band history (s).
Primarily a D.C./Annapolis area band that also played in Baltimore venues. Seen at the Bastille in College Park, Italian Gardens (Silver Spring), DiGennaro’s (Laurel), Peddler’s Pub, Marble Bar…
The group released a couple of original recordings. A single done at Bradley Recordings circa 1973-74 #4141 “Ready to Rave” b/w “The Sorcerer” featured T. Farr, A. Adelman, J. Tarr, B. Saxton. Another single was released on Upstage 1 “A Heartbeat Away” b/w “Don’t Talk to Me” issued with a picture sleeve. The Pegasus song “You Can Do It If You Want To” was included on the D.C. radio station “WAVA FM105 Washington Rocks” album in 1983.
Other late ‘70s members included Rodger Hudgins (drums), and Craig Carr (guitar, vocals).
