Dundalk based pianist and vocalist. Born blind. She worked as a solo artist until mid-70s when she took a break from her music to be with family. In 1980’s she was lead vocalist of country group Peggy & the Poor Boys and later worked as solo with back tracks. She was the subject of an expose on WMAR-TV.

Peggy ventured to Nashville where she recorded for Jack Gale’s Playback Records. Her record “High Standard of Lovin'” charted nationally on independent music charts and Cash Box magazine.

She opened for David Allen Coe in 1991 at Slades Run Park in Surry, Virginia.
