Named after the album and song title by the British rock group Faces. Members included Joe DeFilippo (vocals), Ron DeFilippo (guitar), Grant Lauterbach (bass), Jim Frado (keyboards), and Ben Kaplan (drums). Lauterbach eventually quit and was replaced with Joe Flaherty. Around June of 1974 the DeFilippo’s left the band and were replaced with Robin Jarvis (vocals), and another Jim Frado (guitar – the keyboard player’s cousin).

They could be seen at Club Brandy in Elkridge.

In the fall of ‘74 Jim Frado (the guitar player) quit. The booking agent at the time, Starleigh, matched the rest of the group up with guitarist Kirk Walton from the defunct band Ozz. The group became known as (the new) Ozz.

Ron went on to perform as a solo artist and continued to perform regularly throughout the Baltimore area including extended stints at Della Notte’s in Little Italy. Ron also participated in jams at Bobby B’s Palace
