Member Gary Urie adds “Earl French, Michael Pierce and myself were from Baltimore. We formed the band Dyce and were teamed up with Millard Arbutina by record producer Richard Fay, which led to the album being recorded. We toured a little bit between Virginia to Pennsylvania, but then we broke up within a year after the album was released. I’ve been living in Los Angeles ever since then. Earl and Millard are still in Maryland. I just got in touch with Millard for the first time in about twenty-five years. He is an orthodox priest… who would have thought?”
“As for the cover photo, I just remember it was a small antique store, but that was long ago and far away. There are only three of us on the cover because Michael was too hung over to make the photo shoot. If you look closely there is a girl with sunglasses behind the window to represent him.”
