Lou managed the legendary Atlantic recording artists the Cardinals and the Tilters in the ‘50s. From the ‘60s through the ‘80s he managed and promoted many local bands and presented many shows with nationally known artists at the Unity Hall / UAW Hall in Dundalk. The ballpark at Patterson High School in Dundalk is named in his honor.
