Group formed by Denny Romans (guitar) and Bill Davis (keyboards ex-Billy & the Kids, Jay & the Jury), adding Paul Treffinger (drums ex-Graham Chambers System, Billy Storm & Tempests), and Jeff Lutzi (bass, vocals ex-Progressions, A Taste, Light). This lineup performed as a house band at the Mardi Gras including a 22-week engagement.
Romans went on to Maypole. The group went through some personnel changes. Other members included Gil Reinhardt (guitar ex-Urch Perch, Blackfoot Smoke), Walt Bailey (guitar) and Ricky Peters (drums). Bailey and Peters were both former bandmates with Lutzi’s groups listed above. Good Grief played local clubs including the Bluesette.
Lutzi went on to Flow, Maypole, Meadow, Day Star. Bailey and Peters also went on to Flow… Davis went on to join Please, Touch, City Star… Treffinger later with Chalet.
