R&B vocal quartet that began singing on street corners in their neighborhood on 30th Street in Northeast Baltimore. Members Frankie McIntosh, Donell Johnson, Gary Sykes, and Larry Merrill met up with the Soul Circulations and joined forces with their band to become known as the Circulations (see bio).
