“[CES] was owned by Nicholas Litrenta and managed by Jeff Cetron (spelling not sure). It was at 2631 North Charles Street. When Jeff left, Gary Hutson took over managing it. I (Tonja Sas) worked there on and off 1981-1989, along with Bill & Judy Fritz. They were around from mid 1970s – 2000’s. Nick used to also book National acts as they came through Baltimore (I remember him getting me tickets for Rolling Stones) and I did a Peter Frampton gig at UMBC in 1982 with 98Rock. CES used to do the 98ROCK Baltimore Balls in early 1980s. Nick managed Growing Up Different and other local groups, Gary Hutson managed AR-15, Y-NOT and others. I moved in 1991 from Baltimore.
