Jazz group formed in 1988 by songwriter / saxophonist Phil Burlin. After several years and numerous personnel changes the Shape of Things released their first CD in 1993. Members Burlin (sax), Alex Pope Norris (trumpet, Flugelhorn), George Colligan (piano), Marc Neihoff (bass), and Chris Parry (drums).
