Record & tape store operated by Vickie Ruth, drummer for Boy Meets Girl. The store, located on Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City, was also a rehearsal space for the band.
“After Vickie’s lease was up, she moved “Blueberries” from Rte. 40 to Eldersburg” according to Ceil. “Strakna I think she was only in business for a year or two after the move. Boy Meets Girl version 1.0 – with Tom McNickle on lead guitar, as opposed to version 2.0, with Tom Boynton was the band that used to rehearse at the store… When she moved it to Eldersburg, we rehearsed there. The store was later relocated to Randallstown.”
