R&B group. Vocalists included ex-Brush Fire members Joe Cross, Tyrone Wallace, and Daniel Clack. Their backing group known as The Badd Boys Band featured Rolanzo Parker (guitar), Douglas Holt (bass), David Rome (keyboards, synthesizer), Robert Smith aka ‘Moochie’ (drums ex-Crosswind, Fabulous Friends), with Glen Grainger (keyboards) on and off.

Robert Makins (vocals ex-Jimmy Briscoe’s Little Beavers) worked with the band for about a year in mid-‘00s. Roland Williams (drums), and Kim Williams (keyboards) were briefly with the band before going on to join the newly re-formed Spindles.

BADD was managed by James Chambers and performed at the Gentlemen Ten on Edmondson Avenue… They went on to play all the major local venues including the Lyric, Pier Six, First Mariner Arena, Morgan State… They performed shows with local groups such as Ten Karat Gold, Fabulous Friends, The Spindles… and shared stages with big names such as the Temptations, Dells, O’Jays, Whispers, Intruders, Blue Magic, and many others.

Moochie went on to play with NY based group Passion.
