R&B group led by Harry Lee Respass, Jr. (baritone), with vocalists Jackie Riley (tenor), Sam McKinney (2nd tenor), and Harry Pope (ex-Sammy & Sensations). Former Last Dynasty members Jackie Robinson (guitar), Ronald Foy (bass), and Tyrone Johnson (drums) joined the already established group in 1973. Robert ‘Wah Wah’ Legrand (Spindles guitarist) also sat in with the group. Johnson left in 1978 (replaced with drummer named Mark) and joined Saturday. The Arterials played engagements all over the east coast. Seen at AFRAM Festival at Hopkins Plaza in 1976. The group did recordings at the Mary Record Company including the song “What We Have.”
