Jazz group featuring Joey Preston (drums), Reds Feehley (sax), Ted Booth (keys), and Jimmy Hudson (vocals). Heard at the New Jazz City Club on Pratt Street.
Preston also played in a trio with Al Baitch and Claude Grant. He later went to Las Vegas where he played in backing band for Vic Damone. Feehley had previously played in band led by Al Baitch and Lou Voir. He went on to play in many local and touring groups including the Hi-Five, Punchinellos, Al Saxon’s Nite-Lites, Eddie Long Orchestra…). Hudson was later with Al Knight’s Untouchables.
