New Orleans style blues and roots style band evolved out of the James Offie Band around 1984. The band featured Steve Reith (alto sax), Chris Bowers (tenor sax), Tony Sandroni (bass, lead vocals), Dave Schaub (lead guitar), Jim Orr (keyboards ex-Freewater, Persuaders, Capitol Offense…), Bonanza D. Jones (drums)… Sound Tech Tim Steigler also played harmonica. Vocalist Kelly Bell was a member before forming his own band.
