Soul group featuring Barry Kemp (lead vocals ex-Barry & Vikings), Gene Thomas (tenor sax ex-Barry & the Vikings), Armand Esposito (trumpet), Mitch Emory (guitar, vocals), Bob Ross (keyboard, vocals ex-Lafayettes), and Ronnie Voight (drums). The group performed at the Half-Way House on Earleigh Heights Road.

In summer of 1967 there were some personnel changes and during 1967-68 the group went by the name The Soul Mates.

Barry Kemp  (see bio) was actually a stage name for Barry Gregory (ex-Barry & the Vikings). Esposito went on to the Guardsmen… Ross later with A New Day
