Guitarist originally from New Mexico. Rich Chorne “That’s Shor-nay” began playing the ‘60s and throughout storied career toured with ZZ Top while living in Texas, and Hall & Oates while living on the east coast. In early ‘90s Chorne and local blues guitarist Automatic Slim formed a Baltimore based duo called Slim & Rich.

In 1995 Rich formed a roots R&B and blues band he named the All Stars. Group members have included Meg Murray (vocals), Nadine Rae (vocals), Tommy Lepson (keyboards), Daryl Davis (keys Wildcards, Spitfires), Danny Beirne (keys –Skip Castro Band), Mookie Siegel (keys), Jeff Muller (bass), Jay Turner (bass), Wade Matthews (bass –East Coast Offering, Rent’s Due Band…), Steve Wolf (bass –Danny Gatton, Nighthawks…), Gary Crockett (drums), Reinhard Schmidt (drums), Andy Hamburger (drums –Junkyard Saints, David Bach Consort…), Charlie Williams (harmonica), Cesar Venegas (percussion), Jim Orr (keyboards ex-Persuaders)…

The group performed locally at the Crossroads Tavern, Café Tattoo, Firehouse Tavern, Preakness, Artscape, blues festivals, while playing clubs throughout the mid-Atlantic region from the Carolina’s to New York.
