Southern rock band from Carroll County founded by Mike Rice (guitar), and Ralph Rogers, rounding out the group with Bob Crabill (vocals), and John Russell.
The group later reformed with Ronnie Rogers (lead vocals), and Valerie Rogers (backing vocals).

Mike says “My first band was the Allyson Creed band. My second band that I played in was Southern By Choice, the third one I started was Pathetic Eddie. All three bands played around the Carroll County, Baltimore County and Frederick County areas. After that I started another band called Every Mother’s Son that played mostly Skynyrd, and now (2026) the band I play in is Brickyard Road which is a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band. We play in the MD, PA, DE areas but have traveled from Maine to Georgia and out as far as Indiana.”
