[Kenny Kerns]: “Singer, songwriter, impressionist. Baltimore’s own multi-talent artist has been entertaining since 1965.
He has sung with just about every great musician in town. Some of the bands have included Billy Joy & the Verdicts (1965-70), Joe Lilly (1972-75 at Dino’s Glen Burnie), Claude Grant (1976-78 at The Wagon Wheel), Bobby Burns (1979-82 in O.C. and Delaware), Ron DeFillipo (1983-86 Little Italy)… Kenny was also with Randy Ranstrom’s Deltas for a year in the 1960s.
As far as songwriting, he has written well over 500 songs including a hit in Baltimore-Washington-Virginia in 1966 “When You Cry” as released by Billy Joy & the Verdicts on the Hope label, plus other recordings by local entertainers. (He also co-wrote “Destruction,” “Grown Man Cry,” and “Wandering Man” with Nick Barker as released by The Blueberry Blend on REM Records)

As far as impressions… you name it, he can do it, from Dino to Elvis, Tom Jones, Rodney (Dangerfield), John Wayne, Jimmy Stewart, and about 70 others.
On occasions he sings with Bobby Berger’s band at Fred & Margie’s, and Bobby Burns at The House of Welsh (Delaware) where he does his impression routines.”
