The Park Lounge on Ritchie Hwy in Brooklyn Park. Worked there with Sage in mid-’70s. Just down from the fire department and the convenient drive-thru liquor store!

[Wayne Broseker] My bands played there many times… In fact we were the first rock band on a Monday night to play there. It took lots of conversation with the manager to convince him that rock had a place there, not just all country !!

[Jerry Nitzberg] The drive thru liquor store, AH YES. Drove thru in a high top van and heard POP, POP, POP, POP breaking ever florescent in the roof. Ruined a good buzz.

[Baltimore Sounds] That’s funny now! Probably not then.

[Jerry Nitzberg] Yeah Right, We were like, WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT !!!

[KenLawrence] AJAX! Yea. Lol

[Clyde Allen] We played there several times as Crossroads, that became The Cadillac Cruisers
