Formed in 1976 the group featured Tom ‘Butch’ Roche (guitar ex-Parts Unknown, Joshua, Ozz), Marguerite Roche (vocals ex-River), Ben Kaplan (drums ex-Ooh-La-La, Ozz), Tim Lawrence (bass), and Jeep Watson (banjo, pedal steel ex-River). Tim and Jeep had been former bandmates of Incubus. Both Tim and Jeep would soon move on with Tim joining Trigger Happy. They were replaced with David Kaminkow (keyboards), and bassists Timmy Roche, then John Thurston (ex-No Foolin’ Band).

Kaplan went on to join the Lotus Band, and the Jim Sellers Band. Watson played in the Pat O’Brennan Band. He also designed the graphics for the Food for Worms CD. Tom and Marguerite collaborated on Rounder Records LP “Breakfast Special.” Thurston later with Scary Monsters, and he ran a successful musical instrument repair service.
