Dundalk band featuring Dave (lead vocal), Bebe (vocal), Larry (vocal), Junie (trombone), Bob (trumpet), Kevin (sax), ‘Little’ Bob (drums), Bill (guitar), and Hoss (bass). In spring 1968 they added Dave (sax), and Mike (trumpet).
The group performed at local teen dances such as the Immaculate Heart of Mary CYO, John Stricker, and the Fort Holabird Teen Centers, the Mt. Carmel, Sacred Heart of Jesus, St Michael’s, and Shrine of the Little Flower CYO’s.
They won a KC Hall Battle of the Bands in April 1968, and competed in the Teen Fair Battle of the Bands at the Civic Center in June 1968. They were the winner of a July ‘68 band competition at Parkville Elementary School and competed in a battle at the Sacred Heart of Mary CYO.
In December of 1968 the band was billed as the Syndicate of Soul featuring the Cytations.
