Hard rock band formed in 1991 by former Elements of Design members Rose Manfre (guitar, vocals), and Joe Manfre (drums), with Scott Lein (guitar, vocals), and John Windsor as Chip Gypsy (bass) – later bassist Eric Ward.

The band’s recordings were resurrected in 2024 on Steelheart Records “Lost U.S. Jewels” series and released as an album titled “Troubadours of Fortune.”
