Heavy modern rock band from Essex. Damon Carter (lead vocals), Rich Gasiorowski (guitar), Doug Pope (bass), and Ron Squires (drums). Gasiorowski eventually left and was replaced with Seamus Sexton. Spit could be seen at Hal Daddy’s, The Bank… They played double bills with local bands Compression, Grievance, and others…
