R&B/funk band formed by Marvin James (guitar, vocals), consisting of members from Laurel to Takoma Park areas. Their original song “Things Are Not the Same” was submitted to WHUR radio (Howard University) and won the local Budweiser Showdown Big Music talent search. The group won the regional competition and a trip to Chicago to compete nationally where they placed second in the nation.
