Guitarist/vocalist from Easton. In 1956 started the Santa Fe Rangers, a country group that toured nationally. During the ‘60s his band included Baltimore members Ken Fairbanks (lead guitar), Kenny Cummings (rhythm), Bill Smith (guitar and bass fiddle), Luke Jones aka ‘Knucklehead’ (bassist formerly of Tex Daniels, Rhythmaires…), Ronnie King (drums), and Joan Toomey (a guitarist, vocalist and award-winning dancer from Essex).
The group released records and played the USO circuit and military bases.
After retiring from touring, Price owned and operated music stores in Easton for over 25 years. King went on to join the Country Flames…
