DC based R&B vocal group evolved from the Cap-Tans, led by ‘Maskman’ Harman Bethea (lead vocals), with Johnny Hood, Richard Stewart, and Eddie Young. This lineup released a single on Rufus Mitchell’s Ru-Jac label. The group later morphed into Maskman & the Agents, having a couple of national hits on Dynamo Records.
